We here at Main Street Loft are passionate about providing the highest degree of customer service for your special event.
The loft provides 2,000 square feet of flexible space. We provide chairs, tables, black and white linens, dishes, some décor, set up, and takedown of your event.
VENUE HOURS:
10:00am - 10:00pm (Monday - Thursday)
10:00am - 11:00pm (Friday - Sunday)
Space is available as early as 10:00am, depending on availability.
CLEANING FEE:
There will be a $50 cleaning fee added to all events. No glitter allowed and nothing taped or hung on walls.
EVENT PRICING:
We can accommodate max 80 seats and a little more if using bistro tables instead of our regular 60-inch rounds.
MONDAY - WEDNESDAY $200 ROOM FEE
THURSDAY - SUNDAY $400 ROOM FEE

We can accommodate max 64 seats and a little more if using bistro tables instead of our regular 60-inch rounds.

A booking fee of $1,300.00 will reserve our space for a full day (the space will be made available as early as 10:00am). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your event.
All catering services and beverages (including alcohol) are provided by Main Street Tavern & in the raw Broken Arrow. Unfortunately, we do not allow outside catering services to use this venue.
ADA-Compliance - We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable. Our event space is ADA-compliant with wheelchair accessibility, among other accommodations. For specific details or questions, contact us.

Additional Services & Fees:
Staffing Services - Main Street Lofts provides full-service staff for any event. There will be a 20% or $100 minimum fee for staffing services (food, beverage, etc.).
Bartending Services - If you need a bar, we can also provide a bartending services fee of $175 per bartender. We can offer a cash/credit bar, a host bar, or a combination.
Cash/Credit Bars (drinks and bartending gratuity at the guests' discretion) will only be charged the $175 service fee.
Host Bars (where the host provides all services) will include the $175 service fee and a 20% gratuity on any alcohol sales.
Combination Bars (the host pays for a set amount of bartending services, which then converts to a cash bar after) will include the $175 service fee and a 20% gratuity on any pre-paid alcohol sales.
Wedding Cake Cutting - Need someone to cut and serve your wedding cake? We can help! Let us do all the work for you. We will provide the plates and forks for your special day. The price is $40.
