Jason Scarpa is originally from Philadelphia and lived in Atlanta before moving to Tulsa in 2009. Jason opened Main Street Tavern in 2011 as one of the very first businesses attracted to the new re-development of The Rose District in Broken Arrow, then added The Rooftop in 2014 and took over ownership of in the raw-Broken Arrow in 2015. The addition of Stogies Cigar House and Cocktails in 2017 completed the current group of Scarpa Restaurant Concepts properties in The Rose District. The second location of Main Street Tavern in Claremore opened in 2016, and further growth of Scarpa Restaurant Concepts is planned.
